The Ijen volcano complex is a group of stratovolcanoes, in East Java, Indonesia. It is inside a larger caldera Ijen, which is about 20 kilometers wide. The Gunung Merapi stratovolcano (not to be confused with Central Java's Gunung Merapi) is the highest point of that complex.

West of Gunung Merapi is the Ijen volcano, which has a one-kilometer-wide turquoise-colored acid crater lake. The lake is the site of a labor-intensive sulfur mining operation, in which sulfur-laden baskets are carried by hand from the crater floor. Many other post-caldera cones and craters are located within the caldera or along its rim. The largest concentration of post-caldera cones forms an E-W-trending zone across the southern side of the caldera. The active crater at Kawah Ijen has an equivalent radius of 361 meters, a surface of 41 × 106 square meters. It is 200 meters deep and has a volume of 36 × 106 cubic meters.

Sulfur mining at Ijen

An active vent at the edge of the lake is a source of elemental sulfur, and supports a mining operation. Escaping volcanic gasses are channeled through a network of ceramic pipes, resulting in condensation of molten sulfur. The sulfur, which is deep red in color when molten, pours slowly from the ends of these pipes and pools on the ground, turning bright yellow as it cools. The cooled material is broken into large pieces and carried out in baskets by the miners. Typical loads range from 70–100 kilograms, and must be carried to the crater rim approximately 200 meters above before being carried several kilometers down the mountain. Most miners make this journey twice a day. The miners are paid by a nearby sugar refinery by the weight of sulfur transported; as of September 2010 the typical daily earnings were equivalent to approximately $13.00 US. The miners often use insufficient protection while working around the volcano and are susceptible to numerous respiratory complaints.

Mount Bromo (Indonesian: Gunung Bromo), is an active volcano and part of the Tengger massif, in East Java, Indonesia. At 2,329 metres (7,641 ft) it is not the highest peak of the massif, but is the most well known. The massif area is one of the most visited tourist attractions in East Java, Indonesia. The volcano belongs to the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park.

Mount Bromo sits in the middle of a vast plain called the Sand Sea (Indonesian: Lautan Pasir), a protected nature reserve since 1919. The typical way to visit Mount Bromo is from the nearby mountain village of Cemoro Lawang. From there it is possible to walk to the volcano in about 45 minutes, but it is also possible to take an organised jeep tour, which includes a stop at the viewpoint on Mount Penanjakan (2,770 meters) (Indonesian: Gunung Penanjakan). The best views from Mount Bromo to the Sand Sea below and the surrounding volcanoes are at sunrise. The viewpoint on Mount Penanjakan can also be reached on foot in about two hours. From inside the caldera, sulfur is collected by workers.

On the fourteen day of the Hindu festival of Yadnya Kasada, the Tenggerese people of Probolinggo, East Java, travel up the mountain in order to make offerings of fruit, rice, vegetables, flowers and sacrifices of livestock to the mountain gods by throwing them into the caldera of the volcano. The origin of the ritual lies in the 15th century legend where a princess named Roro Anteng started the principality of Tengger with her husband, Joko Seger. The couple were childless and therefore beseeched the assistance of the mountain gods. The gods granted them 24 children but stipulated that the 25th child, named Kesuma, must be thrown into the volcano as human sacrifice. The gods' request was implemented. The tradition of throwing sacrifices into the volcano to appease these ancient deities continues today. Though fraught with danger, some locals risk climbing down into the crater in an attempt to collect the sacrificed goods in order to sustain their families.

The Sultan’s Palace or Kraton

Before 1755 Surakarta or Solo was the capital of Mataram Kingdom. After the treaty of Giyanti in 1755, Mataram was devided into two kingdoms are Kasunanan Palace in Solo and Sultan Palace in Yogyakarta. Following the treaty, Prince Mangkubumi the brother of Susuhunan Pakubuwono II the King of Kasunanan Palace, was crowned as the King of Sultan Palace in Yogyakarta. He was then called Sultan Hamengku Buwono I.

The Sultan’s Palace or Kraton, with its grand elegent Javanese architecture, lay in the centre of Jogja city. It was built in 1755 by Prince Mangkubumi was then called Sultan Hamengku Buwono I. The Sultan Palace stretches from north to south. The yard of the Alun-alun Utara ( North Square ) and the backyard called Alun-alun Selatan(South square). The design of this historical building demonstrates that the palace, the obelisk (the Tugu, th Column ) and Mount Merapi positioned in one line. It is blieved that this axis before leading a meeting, making decision and giving order to his people.

Purworetno is the main part of KRATON, a place where the Sultan performs his duties. With the luxury and elegent Javanese architecture where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the Kraton as it was centuries ago. Many sets of Gamelan instruments, antiques and heirlooms make the Sulatan’s Palace as one of the most intereting tourist site in Yogyakarta. The Palace is now the dwelling place of Sultan Hamengku Buwono X and their family.

Prambanan, the Most Beautiful Hindu Temple in the World

Prambanan temple is extraordinarily beautiful building constructed in the tenth century during the reigns of two kings namely Rakai Pikatan and Rakai Balitung. Soaring up to 47 meters (5 meters higher than Borobudur temple), the foundation of this temple has fulfilled the desire of the founder to show Hindu triump

h in Java Island. This temple is located 17 kilometers from the city center, among an area that now functions as beautiful park.

There is a legend that Javanese people always tell about this temple. As the story tells, there was a man named Bandung Bondowoso who loved Roro Jonggrang. To refuse his love, Jonggrang asked Bondowoso to make her a temple with 1,000 statues only in one-night time. The request was nearly fulfilled when Jonggrang asked the villagers to pound rice and to set a fire in order to look like morning had broken. Feeling to be cheated, Bondowoso who only completed 999 statues cursed Jonggrang to be the thousandth statue.

WaTeR CasTle YoGyakarTa

Taman Sari belonged to Jogjakarta, a part of Mataram Kingdom. Mataram originally had been a great kingdom consisted of many sovereignties. The largest was Surakarta.
Jogjakarta was founded by Prince Mangkubumi, a relative of Pakubuwono II, who is the ruler of Surakarta. Having a grudge against VOC whose influence in Mataram kingdom kept growing, he turned against his former sovereignty, Surakarta and VOC. After years of guerrilla warfare, he finally established a sovereignty of his own, called Jogjakarta.


Ascending the throne, Prince Mangkubumi became Sultan Hamengku Buwono I. VOC and Surakarta acknowledged Hamengku Buwono I’s rule through the Giyanti Agreement in 1755.

Taman Sari was located at the capital city, with the same name as the sovereignty itself, Jogjakarta.

East Java Tour Package


Mt Bromo, Kalibaru village, Bayulor and Ijen Crater 4 Days 3 Nights Tour


D1. Arrival – Transfer to Mt Bromo area

Upon arrival at Surabaya airport, meeting service and then direct transfer to Bromo. En route passing Mud Volcano at Sidoarjo which destroyed thousands of houses, terraced rice and sugar cane fields. Then check in to hotel for overnight.

D2. Mt Bromo Sunrise & Penanjakan Peak Tour – Transfer to Kalibaru

At 3.30 in the early morning you'll be wake up and the Jeep will bring you to the world's most famous view point at Mt Penanjakan on the rim of the Tengger caldera to enjoy the sunrise (if we're lucky) with its young volcanic including Mt Bromo and an active Mt Semeru in the background.
Afterward the adventure continue to an active Mt. Bromo volcano to climb up 245 step of stairs (Horse ride is optional). Then the Jeep will bring you back to hotel for breakfast and re-packing. Next we continue our trip to the Kalibaru passing a dense tropical rain forest. Lunch is included. Arriving at Kalibaru, join mini plantation tour featuring coffee and cacao and tropical spices. Stay overnight at a home stay.
Dinner will be served at hotel.

D3. Kalibaru – Bayu Lor Tour – Transfer to Ijen Crater area


After simple breakfast at the home stay, transfer to Bayu Lor Plantation. It is a beautiful scenery place formerly known as colony, which land is arranged by their own. The people live in six villages; they survive from abaca, coffee, clove, coconuts and spices planted, you also can have a relaxation time while enjoying the locally grown coffee and local snacks in the waterfall viewpoint during the break. Next continue to Ijen Crater area for check-in hotel and overnight.
Lunch will be served at local restaurant while dinner will be served at local restaurant/hotel.

D4. Ijen Crater Trekking – Transfer Out Ketapang

Early in the morning short transfer to Paltuding Ranger Post for starting Ijen Tour, Breakfast will be arranged from the hotel (picnic style) - Ijen Crater shows a special type of volcanic feature common to Indonesia, about 1 km in diameter and 175 meters deep. The floor is covered completely by a warm lake, milky blue green in color, held back by a dam built many years ago by the Dutch, in order to keep the hot mineral, laden water from raining for the crop lands below. After finishing the unforgettable trip, transfer out to Ketapang Ferry Terminal (ferry to Bali) or back to Surabaya.



Mt Bromo, Baluran, Sukamade & Ijen Crater 5 Days 4 Nights Tour

After breakfast at hotel, check-out and transfer to Sukamade with lunch en-route. Along the way, you may see endless plantation of coffee, cacao, and traditional rubber tapping.

You may even travel through dense Meru Betiri National Forest where the last Javanese tigers are still believed to roam the area. Stay overnight at simple Sukamade Guesthouse.After simple dinner at the guesthouse, proceed to the Sukamade beach for the turtle excursion (sightings are not guaranteed). See the turtles slowly walk up ashore to lay their eggs. Then back to the guesthouse for overnight.
Lunch will be provided at local restaurant while dinner will be served at guesthouse.

D4. Sukamade Beach at Meru Betiri National Park – Transfer to Ijen Crater area

After simple breakfast in the morning, we have our chance to release baby turtle into their natural habitat which is the sea. See the baby turtle crawling and try to swim in their natural habitat for the first time.It’s a unique experience that you will not forget.
Afterward we check-out and transfer to Ijen Crater area for hotel check-in and overnight.
Lunch & Dinner will be provided at local restaurant/hotel.

Tengger, crossing the sea-of-sand, and climbing up 245 steps to reach the awesome rim crater where like other tourists wait for the sunrise cracking up the day through its rays from the eastern range of Mt. Tengger. From here a marvelous views of Mt. Bromo and its surrounding can be seen (subject to the weather). After enjoying the sunrise back to the hotel to have breakfast. Next proceed transfer to Baluran National Park with lunch en-route. D3 Bird Watching Safari - Transfer to Ketapang Ferry Terminal or Surabaya

Early morning at 04.00 we'll wake you up and direct transfer to birdwatching station at the evergreen forest (breakfast served on box). It is a World class Attraction to observe the Green Peafowl (Pavo Muticus),

the mystical bird of the Hindu Religion and we also will see Banded Pitta, Black napes Oriole, Ruddy Cuckoo-dove, Green Imperial Pigeon, Emerald Dove, Black-napes Monarch, Racked-tailed Tripe,Large-tailed Nightjar and various woodpeckers are all present in this area, including the rarely seen Red Jungle fowl. Until midday at 11.00 we drive back to hotel, re-packing and check-out. Then proceed transfer to Ketapang ferry terminal or back to Surabaya.

Sempu Island and Batu Resort 3 Days / 2 Nights Tour Package


D1 Arrival Surabaya - Sendang Biru - Sempu Island

Upon arrival at Juanda Airport, meet & greet with our guide. Direct transfer to Sendang Biru Beach (4 hours trip), located on the southern edge of Malang Regency. Once we reach Sendang Biru, have lunch at local restaurant before we crossing the strait to Sempu Island. Upon arrival at Sempu Island continue by jungle walk to Segoro Anakan which is a beautiful Lagoon separated by a high rock from Indian Ocean. We will overnight at tent with sea wave hit the rock as a backsound and sparkling stars as our roof.
Tonight's dinner will be served in Seafood barbeque style.

D2 Sempu Island - Sendang Biru - Transfer to Batu

Early morning we can go to southern mountain side for enjoy the beautiful sunrise and after breakfast we can swim in the lagoon.Around midday transfer back across to Sendang Biru by boat then proceed transfer to Batu for hotel check-in, Overnight and resting.

D3 Cubanrondo Waterfall - Singosari Temple - Transfer to Surabaya - Departure

After breakfast, check-out from hotel and start visiting Cubanrondo Waterfall and Singosari Temple which was built on 1292AD to memory the King of Kartanegara (the last King of Singosari). Lunch at local restaurant. Afterwards transfer to Surabaya for your return flight.






Mt Penanggungan, Malang, Sempu Island, Mt Bromo, Alas Purwo & Sukamade 7 Days 6 Nights Tour


D1. Arrival – Transfer to Seloliman Nature Reserve

Upon arrival at Surabaya Airport by morning flight, meet & greet by our guide, proceed transfer to Seloliman, which is situated on the slopes of the sacred Penanggungan volcano.
We will stay overnight at PPLH Seloliman Environmental Education Centre with delicious dinner provided by their staff.
The Centre's accommodation is atmospheric, with open-air bathrooms built in harmony with the surrounding forest. This is a beautiful spot to appreciate nature - sit outside at night under the stars, taking in the peacefulness of the surrounding mountain scenery.
Dinner will be provided at your hotel.

D2. Seloliman Nature Reserve – Transfer to Malang


After breakfast,

we will meet volunteers who are working at the PPLH Seloliman Environmental Education Centre to learn and hear about their environmental program as well as visiting a historial place of Jolotundo Temple and its spring nearby. After finishing your session proceed transfer to Malang for check-in and overnight.
Lunch & dinner will be provided at local restaurant.

D3. Malang – Sendang Biru Beach – Sempu Island

After breakfast at hotel, check-out and transfer Sendang Biru Beach, located on the southern edge of Malang Regency. Once we reach Sendang Biru, have lunch at local restaurant before we crossing the strait to Sempu Island. Upon arrival at Sempu Island continue by jungle walk to Segoro Anakan which is a beautiful Lagoon separated by a high rock from Indian Ocean. We will overnight at tent with sea wave hit the rock as a back sound and sparkling stars as our roof.
Tonight's dinner will be served in Seafood barbeque style.

D4. Sempu Island – Sendang Biru Beach – Transfer to Mt Bromo area

D5. Mt Bromo Sunrise & Penanjakan Peak Tour – Transfer to Alas Purwo area

At 3.30 in the early morning you'll be wake up and the Jeep will bring you to the world's most famous view point at Mt Penanjakan on the rim of the Tengger caldera

to enjoy the sunrise (if we're lucky) with its young volcanic including Mt Bromo and an active Mt Semeru in the background.Afterward the adventure continue to an active Mt. Next, we continue our trip transfer to G-land area for check-in hotel and overnight.

D6. The Savannah of Sadengan – Istana Cave – Sukamade Turtle Beach

After breakfast at hotel check-out and we will discover to sadengan, which is the feeding ground for wild animals in the area of Alas Purwo National Park. You can see the wild animals such as wild bull, barking deer, wild pig, peacock, jungle fowl and many kind of birds. After completion we will continue to Pancur, from which you supposed to take 2 km walk through some good forest to Istana cave. This cave is usually used for meditation. From there we will go to Sukamade with lunch en-route. Along the way, you may see endless plantation of coffee, cacao, and traditional rubber tapping. You may even travel through dense Meru Betiri National Forest where the last Javanese tigers are still believed to roam the area. Stay overnight at simple Sukamade Guesthouse. D2. Surabaya City Tour – Wonosari Tea Plantation – Malang (Batu resort)

After breakfast at hotel, check-out and start Surabaya City Tour visiting Surabaya Zoo for its interesting Komodo dragon lizards and Orang Utan, Cigarette Museum, Cheng-Ho Chinese Mosque & Submarine Museum.
After lunch transfer to Malang to visit Wonosari Tea Plantation for guided tea walk tour and enjoying fresh hot tea and also riding a mini train.
From there proceed to Batu resort for check-in and overnight.

D3. Cubanrondo Waterfall – Singosari Temple – Taman Safari Indonesia – Surabaya

After breakfast at hotel, check-out and start today’s program visiting Cubanrondo Waterfall and continue to Singosari Temple,

which was built on 1292AD to memory the King of Kartanegara (the last King of Singosari).
After lunch proceed to Taman Safari Indonesia for its wildlife animals and return transfer to Surabaya for check-in and overnight.

Ijen Crater, Mt Bromo, Malang & Surabaya 05 Days / 04 Night Tour Package


Day 1. Arrival – Transfer to Ijen Crater

Upon arrival at Surabaya Airport by morning flight,meet & greet by our guide, proceed transfer to Ijen Crater Area (6hrs) for check-in and overnight.
Lunch will be provided at local restaurant while dinner will be served at your hotel.

Day 2. Ijen Crater Trekking – Transfer to Mt Bromo

Early in the morning around 05h30, start Ijen (2,400 m) Excursion. We drive to Pal Tuding, the last monitoring station, from which you supposed to take a-3 km trek to the crater. Breakfast will be arranged from the hotel (picnic style). This volcano offers a Savannah landscape, ruggedly beautiful panoramas, grand hiking, and a placid, brightly yellow crater-lake. The summit of Mt. Ijen is a gorgeous crater filled with haunting turquoise-blue lake with its surface streaked in the wind blow patterns of yellow sulfur vapor. By the crater lake edge, there is an evil-smelling sulfur where local people digging and carrying 70-80 kg on their bare shoulders for 2 miles ascending and descending steep Mt. Ijen wall.
Upon completion, we proceed to local restaurant for having lunch and continue our trip to Cemorolawang village near by Bromo volcano.
Once we arrive at Cemorolawang, check-in at hotel and resting.
Dinner will be provided at hotel.

Day 3. Early Morning Bromo Sunrise & Penanjakan Tour – Taman Safari Indonesia – Transfer to Malang

At 3.30 in the early morning you'll be wake up and the Jeep will bring you to the world’s most famous view point at Mt Penanjakan on the rim of the Tengger caldera to enjoy the sunrise (if we're lucky) with its young volcanic including Mt Bromo and an active Mt Semeru in the background.

Afterward the adventure continue to an active Mt. Bromo volcano to climb up 245 step of stairs (Horse ride is optional). Afterwards the Jeep will bring you back to hotel for breakfast and re-packing.
At 11.00 we will check-out and transfer to Taman Safari Indonesia for its wildlife animals and also watching variety of animal shows.
From there we continue our trip to Malang (Batu resort) for check-in and overnight.
Lunch and dinner will be provided at local restaurant.

Day 4. Cubanrondo Waterfall – Transfer to Surabaya – City Tour

After breakfast at hotel, check-out and start today’s program visiting Cubanrondo Waterfall and continue to Singosari Temple, which was built on 1292AD to memory the King of Kartanegara (the last King of Singosari). Continue transfer to Surabaya for completing today’s program by visiting: Cigarette Museum to watch the production process of how to make a handmade “kretek” (local cigarette with mixture of clove), Cheng-Ho Chinese Mosque, Submarine Museum, Governors Palace (photo stop) and stop at Mirota Handicraft Center.
Next, transfer to hotel for check-in and overnight.
Lunch and dinner are provided at local restaurant.

Day 5. Transfer out – Departure
After early breakfast, check-out and transfer out to airport to catch your flight at 0900


Batu Resort and Trowulan 3 Days / 2 Nights Tour Package

At 3.30 in the early morning you'll be wake up and the Jeep will bring you to the world's most famous view point at Mt Penanjakan on the rim of the Tengger caldera to enjoy the sunrise (if we're lucky) with its young volcanic including Mt Bromo and an active Mt Semeru in the background.

Afterward the adventure continue to an active Mt. Bromo volcano to climb up 245 step of stairs (Horse ride is optional). Afterwards the Jeep will bring you back to hotel for breakfast and re-packing.
At 11.00 we will check-out and transfer to Taman Safari Indonesia for its wildlife animals and also watching variety of animal shows.

From there,we drive to Sukamade with lunch en-route. Along the way, you may see endless plantation of coffee, cacao, and traditional rubber tapping. You may even travel through dense Meru Betiri National Forest where the last Javanese tigers are still believed to roam the area. Stay overnight at simple Sukamade Guest house. After simple dinner at the guest house, proceed to the Sukamade beach for the turtle excursion. See the turtles slowly walk up ashore to lay their eggs. Then back to the guest house for overnight.

Early in the morning short transfer to Paltuding Ranger Post for starting Ijen Tour - Ijen Crater shows a special type of volcanic feature common to Indonesia, about 1 km in diameter and 175 meters deep. The floor is covered completely by a warm lake, milky blue green in color, held back by a dam built many years ago by the Dutch, in order to keep the hot mineral, laden water from raining for the crop lands below. Upon arrival at Juanda Airport with morning flight, meet & greet with our guide. Transfer to Tretes Village (1-2 hours) for starting trek to Mount Welirang. Will be take 5-6 hrs hike through a lush

temperate mountain forest to the second camp at about 2700 m elevation. Our camp will be set up near the village of the sulphur workers, who live here during their 5-days shifts. The village consists mostly of simple huts and is a perfect setting for interesting photography. For the workers, we will be a welcomes distraction and they are usually happy to show us around. During the trek, we only need to carry small daypacks. Overnight in tents

D2 Mount Welirang - Transfer to Seloliman Nature Reserve

In the Morning we start hiking to summit area of Welirang volcano, we have time to explore the summit craters of Welirang and its large fumaroles fields, the sites where the sulphur is being quarried using primitive tools. Together with the miners, we walk up the mountain to its top dotted with craters and fumaroles (2-3 hours walk). The rest of day free to explore the fumaroles or the rest of the mountain, then we going down to Camp Site, and after lunch we going back to Tretes Village then Drive to Seloliman. Seloliman is situated on the slopes of the sacred Penanggungan volcano.
We will stay overnight at PPLH Seloliman Environmental Education Centre with delicious dinner provided by their staff.
The Centre's accommodation is atmospheric, with open-air bathrooms built in harmony with the surrounding forest. This is a beautiful spot to appreciate nature - sit outside at night under the stars, taking in the peacefulness of the surrounding mountain scenery.

D3 Seloliman Nature Reserve Tour - Transfer out Surabaya



After breakfast,

we will meet volunteers who are working at the PPLH Seloliman Environmental Education Centre to learn and hear about their environmental program as well as visiting a historial place of Jolotundo Temple and its spring nearby. Early in the morning around 06h00, start Ijen (2,400 m) Excursion. We drive to Pal Tuding, the last monitoring station, from which you supposed to take a-3 km trek to the crater. Breakfast will be arranged from the hotel (picnic style). This volcano offers a savannah landscape, ruggedly beautiful panoramas, grand hiking, and a placid, brightly yellow crater-lake. The summit of Mt. Ijen is a gorgeous crater filled with haunting turquoise-blue lake with its surface streaked in the wind blow patterns of yellow sulfur vapor. By the crater lake edge, there is an evil-smelling sulfur where local people digging and carrying 70-80 kgs on their bare shoulders for 2 miles ascending and descending steep Mt. Ijen wall.
Upon completion,

Breakfast will be arranged from the hotel (picnic style). This volcano offers a savannah landscape, ruggedly beautiful panoramas, grand hiking, and a placid, brightly yellow crater-lake. The summit of Mt. Ijen is a gorgeous crater filled with haunting turquoise-blue lake with its surface streaked in the wind blow patterns of yellow sulfur vapor. By the crater lake edge, there is an evil-smelling sulfur where local people digging and carrying 70-80 kgs on their bare shoulders for 2 miles ascending and descending steep Mt. Ijen wall.

We will reach Ranu Kumbolo around mid-day for resting and have lunch in this volcanic lake. After lunch we proceed to Kalimati which is a beautiful savanna that located right on the foot of Mahameru Peak (The Highest Peak in Java). This is where we spend a night on our tent. Day 3 Peak Of Mahameru – Descend To Kalimati – Ranu Kumbolo

Early morning start climbing to the Mahameru Peak via Arcapada (1 hour walk in a very steep condition) and continue 3 hours (average duration) walk from Arcapada to the Peak. After reaching the Peak we will return to Kalimati for resting and having lunch. After lunch we will proceed to Ranu Kumbolo and open camp in here. Overnight at Ranu Kumbolo.

Day 4 Ranu Kumbolo – Ranu Pane – Cemorolawang Village

After breakfast we return back to Ranu Pane but we will take another route via Ayak-Ayak. Soon after reaching Ranu Pane we will resting and continue our trip to Cemorolawang. We will spend tonight in hostel/guest house at Cemorolawang.

DAY 06. HANDELEUM – CARITA - TRANSFER TO BOGOR

From the camp site, after breakfast commence the climb with Guide Team ascend the Summit of Mt. Pangrango (3,019 M ASL) by 2 hours time. Watch sunrise if arrive early. Then after photographing and enjoying the beautiful panorama then decent to Kandang Badak for 2 hours. From Kandang Badak commence the climb with Guide Team ascend the Summit of Mt. Gede (2,958m). Day 11. MT. GEDE SUMMIT (2,958 M ASL) - MT. PUTRI – KABANDUNGAN – CIKANIKI - CITALAHAP
Early in the morning from Summit of Mt. Gede (2,958 M ASL) return down to Kandang Badak Campsite for breakfast then continue descent to Gunung Putri. Arrive In Gunung Putri, transfer by a comfortable van to Kabandungan village, the entrance gate of Gunung Halimun National Park. It is about 2 hours drive.
After registration at Kabandungan office, we continue drive to Cikaniki research station for about 1,5 hours. Lunch will be served at Cikaniki. After lunch, we walk about 15 minutes to the canopy trail where we will enjoy the scenery around the jungle from a bird’s eye view. Afterward we continue to visiting Curug Macan waterfall where you can relax and plunge yourself in its cool waters. In the nearly evening, we go back to guesthouse and have a dinner. After dinner and rest for awhile we will do a night soft-trekking to watch glowing mushrooms. Stay overnight at guesthouse.

Day 12. GUNUNG HALIMUN NATIONAL PARK EXPLORATION
Early morning we start the day with small exercise and get ready for trekking. After breakfast, we start to trek entering the jungle from Cikaniki Research Stasion to Citalahab tea plantation, crossing over one of the biggest rainforest hill area in West Java. After enjoying lunch we continue trekking to Nirmala tea plantation and observe tea making prosess. Here we can enjoy the wide green landscape of tea plantation and hills in this national park. Besides of having a beautiful scenery, we also able to observe the appearance of Javanese Eagle if we are lucky. It is one of a rare bird species in Indonesia. If there is enough time we will also visit home industry of sugar palm nearby. Around late evening we trek back to home stay. Before or after dinner we will watch the video about Gunung Halimun National Park accompanied by the ranger.

DAY 13. CIKANIKI – CANGKUANG – KAWAH RATU
After breakfast we drive back to Kabandungan and continue our trip to Cangkuang. It is one of entrance gate to Kawah Ratu, which also becomes a part of Gunung Halimun National Park. Take a rest for a while and having lunch at Cangkuang before continue trekking to Kawah Ratu base camp. Dinner and stay overnight in a tent.

DAY 14. KAWAH RATU – CANGKUANG – JAKARTA
In the morning after breakfast, we take a short trekking to the crater of Kawah Ratu afterwards trek back to Cangkuang. We take a lunch then drive back to Jakarta. Stay overnight at comfortable hotel in Jakarta.

DAY 15. JAKARTA DEPARTURE

Day 2. Jakarta Short City Tour – Transfer to Carita Beach
After breakfast at hotel, we will check-out from there and take you short city tour so you can get a slight perspective about Indonesia. This city tour will stop at Istiqlal Mosque, Great Cathedral, National Monument & Beautiful Indonesia in Miniature Park. From there we proceed to Carita Beach via Highway (3-4hrs). Once we arrive at Carita, transfer to your hotel in Carita. Tonight dinner will be served in Sea Food Barbeque grill style.

Day 3. Carita Beach - Sumur - Badui Island - Peucang Island
After breakfast at 8.00 we depart to Sumur by Car and board the boat. From Sumur we go to Badui Island for snorkeling & swimming. Lunch will be served on boat. Afterward continue to cruise to Peucang Island & check-in at Guest House around 16.00. At 16.30 we cross Peucang bay to go to Cidaon Grazing Ground for watching the wild life around Cidaon Grazing Ground. At 18.30 we go back to Peucang Island and resting. Dinner will be provided at Guest House.

Day 4. Peucang Island - Karang Copong - Mt Krakatau
Morning call for breakfast at 6.00 and trekking to Karang Copong through primary jungle of Peucang Island. After enjoying a beautiful scenery at Karang Copong we go back to Guest House and swimming/snorkeling nearby Peucang Island. Around 11.00 we check-out, get on boat and 5 hours cruise to Krakatau. After arrival at Krakatau around 16.00, get off the boat and then set up the tent or you could do another swimming/snorkeling nearby Krakatau. Camping style dinner will be provided as well.

Day 5. Mt Krakatau - Carita - Jakarta
Wake up at 6.00 for having a breakfast. After breakfast we trek up to the to of Anak Krakatau (1,5 hours up & 1 hour down). At 11.00 we get on the boat and 5 hours cruise to Carita Beach (Lunch on boat). Around 16.00 we arrived at Carita Beach and transfer back to Jakarta. Once we reach Jakarta (around 19.00), straight to your hotel for check-in and get refresh. Today’s dinner is on your personal account.

Day 6. Adventure White Water Rafting at Citarik River
After breakfast at hotel we will depart to Sukabumi Area on the foothill of Mount Gede & Pangrango. Once we reached at the base camp, having lunch and start our white water rafting experience. On this adventure rafting you will find many Long Rapids with beautiful landscape. They even have their slogan of: “Dynamite, Dover, Goodbye and Walk-away! Piece of cake? No, these are the Class III-IV rapids you have to master, to finish this 3 hours white water, work out. Along the way, find out why Kelapa Muda is Citarik's best traditional thirst quencher.” After completing the rafting session, enjoy refreshment at the base camp and we will return back to your hotel in Jakarta.
Day 7. Jakarta – Transfer out

D4. Krakatau - Carita - Jakarta
Wake up at 6.00 for having a breakfast. After breakfast we trek up to the to of Anak Krakatau (1,5 hours up & 1 hour down).

Around 16.00 we arrived at Carita Beach and transfer back to Jakarta for overnight.

D5. Jakarta – Cibodas – Kandang Badak Camp
Early morning after breakfast, pick up in Jakarta & transfer to Cibodas Gate.
Trekking up Mt. Gede. Overnight Kandang Badak Camp.

D6. Pangrango Summit – Mt Gede – Surya Kencana Meadow Campsite
Trekking up to the summit of Pangrango. Return to Kandang Badak for breakfast. Proceed trekking up to Mt. Gede. Descend to Surya Kencana Meadow Campsite for overnight stay in Two-Men Dome Tent. Meals provided by your guide team.

D7. Trekking down to Gunung Putri – Transfer to Jakarta Train Station
Trekking down the mountain for Gunung Putri. Transfer to Jakarta Train Station for taking a train to Surabaya by Argo Bromo Anggrek (2130-0715+1).

D8. Arrival in Surabaya - White Water Rafting – Mt Bromo Area
Upon arrival at Surabaya Airport in the morning proceed to Pekalen River (Grade II - III+) where you will having an opportunity to test your rafting skills with bonus like crossing 7 Watefalls, 5-20 meters average river's width with 1-3 meters depth, 12 kilometers distance, 3.5 hours adventure time & with more than 50 rapids (Insurance, Welcome Drink, Raft Guide & Rescue Team, Safety Equipment, Snack, Beverages & Lunch are included).
En route we also will passing the mud volcano in Porong.
After finishing your rafting session, we will continue our trip to Cemorolawang/Tosari village for check-in and free time. Dinner will be provided around 19.30 at your hotel.

D9. Mt Bromo Sunrise & Penanjakan Peak Tour - Ijen Area
Very early morning, start Mt. Bromo tour. The tour is conducted through a transfer to Cemara Lawang village, and descending the steep slope of Mt. Tengger, crossing the sea-of-sand, and climbing up 245 steps to reach the awesome rim crater where like other tourists wait for the sunrise cracking up the day through its rays from the eastern range of Mt. Tengger. From here a marvelous views of Mt. Bromo and its surrounding can be seen (subject to the weather). After enjoying the sunrise back to the hotel to have breakfast. Next we stop by to visit Madakaripura Waterfall (if weather is permitted), a 150m high of waterfall which believed as a meditation place of The Supreme Gajahmada (High Minister of Majapahit Emperor on 13 Century AC) before continue our trip to Ijen Area. Lunch at local restaurant & Dinner at guest house. Overnight at Catimore Guest House or similar.

D10. Ijen Crater Trekking - Kalibaru
Early in the morning around 06h00, start Ijen (2,400 m) Excursion. We drive to Pal Tuding, the last monitoring station, from which you supposed to take a-3 km trek to the crater. Breakfast will be arranged from the hotel (picnic style). This volcano offers a savannah landscape, ruggedly beautiful panoramas, grand hiking, and a placid, brightly yellow crater-lake. The summit of Mt. Ijen is a gorgeous crater filled with haunting turquoise-blue lake with its surface streaked in the wind blow patterns of yellow sulfur vapor. By the crater lake edge, there is an evil-smelling sulfur where local people digging and carrying 70-80 kgs on their bare shoulders for 2 miles ascending and descending steep Mt. Ijen wall.
Upon completion, transfer to the Kalibaru passing a dense tropical rain forest. Lunch is included. Arriving at Kalibaru, join mini plantation tour featuring coffee and cacao and tropical spices. Stay overnight at a home stay.

D11. Kalibaru - Sukamade
After simple breakfast at the home stay, transfer to Sukamade with lunch en-route. Along the way, you may see endless plantation of coffee, cacao, and traditional rubber tapping. You may even travel through dense Meru Betiri National Forest where the last Javanese tigers are still believed to roam the area. Stay overnight at simple Sukamade Guesthouse. After simple dinner at the guesthouse, proceed to the Sukamade beach for the turtle excursion (sightings are not guaranteed). See the turtles slowly walk up ashore to lay their eggs. Then back to the guesthouse for overnight.

D12. Sukamade - Out to Surabaya or Ketapang Ferry Terminal
After simple breakfast at the guesthouse, take a guided inspection to the factory next to the guesthouse to have a closer look at spices, coffee, cacao and rubber processing. Next, transfer out to Ketapang Ferry Terminal (ferry to Bali) or back to Surabaya.

D4. Solo City Tour – Sukuh Erotic Temple + Tawangmangu Waterfall
After breakfast at hotel, check-out and start Solo City Tour visiting :
Mangkunegaran Palace, Triwindu Antique Market & Radya Pustaka Museum.
Next transfer to Sukuh “Erotic” Hindus Temple which was built on 1437AD some years after Majapahit Kingdom collapsed. At 3.30 in the early morning you'll be wake up and the Jeep will bring you to the world's most famous view point at Mt Penanjakan on the rim of the Tengger caldera to enjoy the sunrise (if we're lucky) with its young volcanic including Mt Bromo and an active Mt Semeru in the background.Afterward the adventure continue to an active Mt. Bromo volcano to climb up 245 step of stairs (Horse ride is optional). Then the Jeep will bring you back to hotel for breakfast and re-packing. Next we continue our trip to Baluran National Park. D8. Ijen Crater Trekking – Transfer Out Ketapang

Day 1. - … Yogyakarta

Day 2 – Yogyakarta – Prambanan – Yogyakarta
Yogyakarta city tour: we visit the sultan’s palace built in 1756, Taman Sari, the colourful bird market and Mt. Merapi’s observatory, where is collected all data about its volcanic activity: another great way to better understand this volcanic island. We also visit the Prambanan Hindu temple, in particular the so-called Loro Jonggrang complex, generally considered to be Java’s most elegant and awe-inspiring candi (temple), and noted for the graceful proportions of its 47 m central Siva temple. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 – Yogyakarta – Borobudur – Babadan
We begin our walk in a small daily market hidden away in the Menoreh hills, 25 km west of Yogyakarta. We help you discover the workings of a traditional Javanese market place and test out your bargaining skills. On this walk, up-hill at first, we experience the tranquillity and beauty of local countryside: below us, green fields and rice terraces, and on the horizon the amazing panorama of surrounding volcanoes, including Mt. Sumbing, Mt. Merbabu, and Mt. Merapi... and in the distance, the monumental Borobudur temple. We may join traditional farmers attending to their land. Finally, upon arrival at the astounding Buddhist sanctuary, we visit this huge temple. If time allows it, we transfer to the village of Babadan, on Mt. Merapi’s western slopes, where we visit the volcano observatory. We eventually reach the top of a small hill facing the 1994 lava flows and which offers, at sunset, an amazing view of the volcano! Overnight at hotel.

Day 4 – Babadan - Surrounds of Mt. Merapi – Tawangmangu
This amazing walk starts from the village of Babadan, on Mt. Merapi’s western slopes, where a volcano observatory is located. From here, the summit of Mt. Merapi actually seems very close and the lava fields are quite impressive. Our walk aims at safely passing round these fields. We reach the top of a small hill which faces the 1994 flows and which offers, at sunset, an amazing view of the volcano! While crossing beautiful tropical forest and plantations, we also have the opportunity to meet with local farmers as well as other workers, crushing lava blocks inside a drained river, who explain their special relationship with Mt. Merapi. We travel on to Tawangmangu, on the slopes of Mt. Lawu, overlooking Surakarta. Overnight at a guesthouse.

Day 5 – Sukuh Temple – Malang
In the morning, we leave Yogya for Solo, where its renowned batik manufactures and its antique market are awaiting us. We then visit the Sukuh temple, situated on the slopes of Mt. Lawu, overlooking Surakarta (or ‘Solo’). This temple was the last bastion of Hinduism remaining in Central Java after the expansion of Islam. Situated in the midst of forests and tea plantations, the temple contains original Hindu iconography, includes phallic symbols and turtle-like tables. These relics reveal the past existence of initiation rites, probably orgiastic. If time allows it, we may visit the Cetoh temple located close by. In the afternoon, we proceed to Malang. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 6 – Malang – Tumpang – Cemorolawang – Mt. Bromo
In the morning, 4WDs take us to Tengger, a region where the famous smoking peak of Mt. Bromo stands, 2,329 m above ground. The surrounding caldera forms an enormous desolate sea of lava sand. On this trip, we cross the astonishing Tengger–Bromo-Semeru National Park. We go partly along on the caldera’s crest before finally going down to the sand sea. There, we visit the village of Cemorolawang (on another crest and on the opposite side). In the afternoon, we hike up this active volcano and walk around its crater. Looking into its seething cauldron of bubbling water, ash and sulphur, it is easy to understand why the ancient Javanese regarded this as the entrance to purgatory. Overnight at a hotel.
Transfers = 2.5 hrs, walking = 4 hrs, A = D = 350 m

Day 7 - Cemorolawang – Mt. Pananjakan – Sempol (Kawah Ijen)
4WD take us down to the sea of sand and on a drive to the summit of Mt. Pananjakan (2,775 m). From its top, we see a striking sunrise over the caldera, Mt. Bromo as well as the nearby slopes of Mt. Semeru, both mountains belching out volcanic ashes. As aboard an airplane, we admire this sweeping panorama over the volcanic region. Mt. Semeru’s presence is so immediate we feel we can almost touch it. This is unique scenery! In the middle of the day, we transfer to an area closer to Kawah Ijen. Overnight at a local inn (losmen).

Day 8 - Sempol- Kawah ijen Crater– Banyupoh (Bali)
We enjoy a sunrise over the landscapes surrounding the Kawah Ijen crater, and proceed to the sulphur-processing site. We see miners extracting sulphur from the largest acid lake in the world, and we attend a sulphur weighing. These workers have a difficult job: they carry on their backs 100 kg of sulphur to the factory 15 km away. As for us, we reach the site slowly and carefully, as sulphur is an irritant. Day 9 – Banyupoh – Munduk – Lake Tamblingan – Kayu Pandak
After a peaceful swim in the wonderful crystalline waters of Banyupoh, observing marine wildlife as well, we set off again to Munduk. We first pass through the preserved village of Munduk, with its lush natural surrounds and its traditional gardens reminiscent of primeval Balinese culture. We head to Bedugul, around the volcanic lakes of Tamblingan and Buyan. We discover local life, walking across some of this island’s most beautiful forests and visiting some of the balinese temples in the surrounds: a magnificent walk! Then, we enjoy a delicious Balinese meal, before strolling for an hour through passion fruit plantations towards Kayu Pandak, situated on the edge of a pristine forest. We also discover the traditional way of life during our walks through kebun (stunning Balinese orchards). For those who wish to do so, we may head up Mt. Lesung walking through a mysterious cave. Day 10 – Kayu Pandak – Gunung Sari – Jatiluwih
We walk through one of the last preserved forest of Bali, on the slopes of Mt. Lesung and Mt. Batukaru. Impressive images of pristine mountainous forests strike our eyes (tree fern, and, if we are lucky enough, we may see orchids and monkeys, playing around our track). We have lunch close to a temple lost in this jungle. Its priest is our guide for the day. In Jatiluwih, we discover a marvelous Balinese village, with orchard-gardens, and terraced rice fields. Back to ‘civilization,’ we realize how unique our morning in the forest was. For our evening activities, we have the option of attending a rehearsal of the village’s traditional orchestra: gamelan. Overnight at a village house. Our host is the chief gardener of the temples in the surrounding area.

Day 11 – Jatiluwih – Baturiti – Pacung – Candi Kuning – Ulun Danau – Lake Bratan – Lovina
We discover today more Balinese gardens and various types of plantations. As we meet with the inhabitants of villages, we deepen our knowledge about rice and coffee cultivation, for instance the system of putak (the Balinese exemplary collective way to organize rice fields irrigation). We even meet with the Bujangga Wesnawe, a very respected religious community. We freshen up by the side of a waterfall and admire rice fields extending as far as the eyes can see! On our way to the north of the island, we visit various towns, including their markets, like the fruit and vegetable market of Baturili or the flower and local crafts market of Candi Kuning. Finally, we proceed our discovery tour to the placid lake of Bratan, source of life-giving water for the springs, rivers and rice fields below. Surrounded by delightful scenery and spectacular mountains, we make a stop at the marvellous Ulun Danu Bratan Hindu-Buddhist temple. In the afternoon, we transfer to the preserved beach of Lovina, kept away from tourist crowds. Strolling, swimming, snorkeling… Overnight at a unique hotel overlooking the sea.

Day 12 – Lovina – Sangsit – Kubutambahan – Kintamani – Toyabungkah (Mt. Batur)
At sunrise, we see dolphins led by jukung, local fishing boats. After few relaxing hours lying on the beach, we proceed to visit unusual temples (Maduwe Karang, Sangsit). We taste some typical and delicious Balinese dishes. We follow a beautiful road through the hills, to reach the Kintamani temple, situated on the ridge of the splendid caldera of Mt. Batur. Overlooking the lake and volcano, we enjoy an amazing view of the surroundings. We walk down to the caldera and spend the night at a losmen (local inn). You may even wish to enjoy a massage there!

Day 13 – Mt. Batur – Besakih – Rendang – Selat – Sidemen
We start our ascent of the Batur volcano before dawn and reaching the top of the oldest crater before sunrise. At the peak, we are stunned by the view provided over Mt. Agung and even over Mt. Rinjani, on the island of Lombok. We walk down to the youngest and most active crater, keeping at a safe distance. We also have the opportunity to visit the famous Besakih temple, located 1,000 m up Mt. Agung, and even have our lunch in this delightful scenery. On our drive to Sidemen, lush terraced rice fields once more amaze our eyes. Crossing through Rendang and Selat, we discover some workshops, where songket – ceremonial clothes woven with gold thread – are made. Overnight at a village house, overlooking a valley. At night, we may witness a performance of Topeng or Legong, traditional dances.

Day 14 – Sidemen – Tirtagangga – Sibetan – Bebandem – Tenganan – Ubud
Early in the morning, we enjoy the liveliness of a traditional market and pay a visit to Tirtagangga. Officially known as Tirta Ayu (‘lovely waters’), the pleasure palace of a former king of Karangasem lets us enjoy its cool, spring-fed pools (their name literally means ‘Ganges’ water’). These dip pools surrounded by captivating terraced rice fields are particularly refreshing after our long hike in. From the fruit plantations of Sibetan, the animal market of Bebandem, the workshops of blacksmiths… to the farmers of Abang working in steep terraced rice fields, we discover the very heart of the most traditional area of Bali. We continue our walk from Bebandem through rice fields never the same from one hill to the next until we arrive in the Bali Aga (or ‘original Balinese’) village of Tenganan. This village has preserved its traditional Balinese culture as it was prior to the influence of the Majapahit Hindu kingdom. For religious reasons, outsiders are welcome from noon until evening, at what point they are kindly asked to leave. Some say that footprints of visitors (be them Balinese or foreigners) are literally erased after they leave. Then, we will transfer to Ubud. At night, we may enjoy as an option some dance or puppet show performances. Overnight at a hotel.

Day 15 – Ubud – Yeh Puluh – Tampaksiring – Sukuwati – Uluwatu – Jimbaran
Ubud is a small town amidst emerald green rice paddies and steep ravines in the stunning Central Balinese foothills. This city is known as the cultural centre of the island. Discovery morning in the city and its surroundings: Stroll in the market, visit of the prince’s palace, visit of the temples of Pejeng, the sanctuaries of Yeh Puluh, Gunung Kawih and Tampaksiring. We go on a short stroll through these sacred areas, villages and rice fields. The afternoon, we travel toward the South. We may stop at another famous market if needed, the one of Sukawati. On our way to the Uluwatu temple, standing on a cliff, we observe the famous surf spot at Uluwatu beach and its intrepid surfers. We may even see a performance of the traditional dance kecak, at sunset. Overnight at a hotel in Jimbaran.

Day 16 – Jimbaran – Airport – Next destination

DAY 03. KRAKATOA - PEUCANG ISLAND
After breakfast we continue (cruising) to Pucang island the unique and delightful Peucang island lies in clear blue water off the north western coastline of the national park. It is white sand beaches, calm, quite and coral reef shore hold a fascinating world marine life while Peucang is impressive forest shelter an abundance of wild life take 5 hours, arrived than continueujung kulon tourto Cidaon situated on the peninsula opposite island, this large grassland is grassing ground for Wild bull, wild pig, peafowl, leopard overnight at Fauna Eco lodge, dinner time will be served at 7: 00. a.m (free program).

DAY 04. PEUCANG ISLAND - CIRAMEA BEACH
After breakfast at 8 : 00 a.m taking the boat to Cibom than (trekking) the direct route to Ciramea travel through magnificence rain forest to shelter at the southern end of Ciramea beach, beautiful sand stone which are formed naturally can be seen, this sand coastline is the egg - laying site for Turtle, keep your eyes look up as sometime you will find the black monkey, hornbill, javan civet, giant squirrel take 4 hours, back to Peucang island passes Tanjung Layar historical site winds north and follows the shore through rocky inlets and coastal forest (lunch/rest) than continue to Citerjun for snorkeling to see variety of fish at coral reef "ngelfish, surgeonfish, clownfish, batfish, butterfly fish etc, overnight at Fauna Eco lodge, dinner time will be served at 7 : 00 a.m (free program)

DAY 05. PEUCANG ISLAND - HANDELEUM ISLAND
After breakfast at 8 : 00 a.m we walk (trekking) north on Peucang island passes through towering forest to a rock archway beyond which are the reef pools of Karang Copong, keep your eyes look up as sometime you will find the black monkey, hornbill, javan civet, giant squirrel back to lodge (rest/lunch) than continue (cruising) to Handeleum island in situated among a group of small island just off the north eastern coast of the Ujung kulon peninsula on the way we will stop over at Nyiur beach for snorkeling or swiming. Overnight at Fauna Eco lodge, dinner will be served at 7 ; 00 A.M. (free program).

DAY 06. HANDELEUM – CARITA - TRANSFER TO BOGOR
After breakfast canoes trip up the Cigenter river meander through overhanging rain forest . The habitat of python, hornbill, type of monkey where crocodile and rhino are occasionally sight in this area, back to the boat for return trip back to Sumur on the way we will stop over at Badul Island for snorkeling or swimming see variety of fish at coral reef. Late afternoon leave Ujung Kulon National Park to Bogor.
Upon arrival at Bogor, we'll resting at comfortable hotel after an exhausting 5 days adventure.

Day 07. BOGOR FREE PROGRAM
After breakfast, it's free time on your own or we could explore the Bogor City and surrounding to Presidential Palace, Botanical Garden.
The main point for today is to rejuvenate your stamina.

Day 08. BOGOR - CIBODAS - KANDANG BADAK
After breakfast, transfer to Cibodas highland for about more or less about 1.5 hours. Upon arrival in Cibodas then walk uphill on the paved road next to a Golf Course to Cibodas Gate to start hiking under thick jungle canopy clearly marked trails with regular rest point for about 4 - 5 hours. Overnight in tents at Kandang Badak Campsite for acclimatization (L,D).

Day 09. KANDANG BADAK (2,400 M ASL) - SUMMIT PANGRANGO (3,019 M ASL ) - KANDANG BADAK - MT. GEDE SUMMIT (2,958 M ASL) - ACCLIMATIZATION
From the camp site, after breakfast commence the climb with Guide Team ascend the Summit of Mt. Pangrango (3,019 M ASL) by 2 hours time. Watch sunrise if arrive early. Then after photographing and enjoying the beautiful panorama then decent to Kandang Badak for 2 hours. From Kandang Badak commence the climb with Guide Team ascend the Summit of Mt. Gede (2,958m). Daybreak see the 3 semi-active craters, Lanang (male) Ratu (queen) and Wadon (female) and Rhododendron trees. Free time at your own leisure for acclimatization (B, L, D)

Day 10. MT. GEDE SUMMIT (2,958 M ASL) - ACCLIMATIZATION

Day 11. MT. GEDE SUMMIT (2,958 M ASL) - MT. PUTRI – KABANDUNGAN – CIKANIKI - CITALAHAP
Early in the morning from Summit of Mt. Gede (2,958 M ASL) return down to Kandang Badak Campsite for breakfast then continue descent to Gunung Putri. Arrive In Gunung Putri, transfer by a comfortable van to Kabandungan village, the entrance gate of Gunung Halimun National Park. It is about 2 hours drive.
After registration at Kabandungan office, we continue drive to Cikaniki research station for about 1,5 hours. Lunch will be served at Cikaniki. After lunch, we walk about 15 minutes to the canopy trail where we will enjoy the scenery around the jungle from a bird’s eye view. Afterward we continue to visiting Curug Macan waterfall where you can relax and plunge yourself in its cool waters. In the nearly evening, we go back to guesthouse and have a dinner. After dinner and rest for awhile we will do a night soft-trekking to watch glowing mushrooms. Stay overnight at guesthouse.

Day 12. GUNUNG HALIMUN NATIONAL PARK EXPLORE
Early morning we start the day with small exercise and get ready for trekking. After breakfast, we start to trek entering the jungle from Cikaniki Research Stasion to Citalahab tea plantation, crossing over one of the biggest rainforest hill area in West Java. After enjoying lunch we continue trekking to Nirmala tea plantation and observe tea making prosess. Here we can enjoy the wide green landscape of tea plantation and hills in this national park. Besides of having a beautiful scenery, we also able to observe the appearance of Javanese Eagle if we are lucky. It is one of a rare bird species in Indonesia. If there is enough time we will also visit home industry of sugar palm nearby. Around late evening we trek back to home stay. Before or after dinner we will watch the video about Gunung Halimun National Park accompanied by the ranger.

DAY 13. CIKANIKI – CANGKUANG – KAWAH RATU
After breakfast we drive back to Kabandungan and continue our trip to Cangkuang. It is one of entrance gate to Kawah Ratu, which also becomes a part of Gunung Halimun National Park. Take a rest for a while and having lunch at Cangkuang before continue trekking to Kawah Ratu base camp. Dinner and stay overnight in a tent.

DAY 14. KAWAH RATU – CANGKUANG – GARUT
In the morning after breakfast, we take a short trekking to the crater of Kawah Ratu afterwards trek back to Cangkuang. We take a lunch then drive to Garut at the southern of Bandung. this land journey will takes 7 - 8 hours drive in normal traffic road condition. Stay Overnight at comfortable hotel in Garut.

DAY 15. GARUT - QUEEN CRATER - TREKKING TO PONDOK SALADA CAMP
Transfer to Papandayan entry gate, then you will have to start trekking up the Mt. Papandayan pass through the active rim Crater, and Hot spring to reach Pondok Salada. It will takes 4 - 5 hours trek from the parking area. You will have stay overnight in tents at Pondok Salada base camp for aclimatization.

DAY 16. SUMMIT MT. GEDE PAPANDAYAN – KAMPUNGNAGA - PANGANDARAN
Early morning proceed to the summit of Mount Papandayan (2,640 M) for about 2 - 3 hours walk. After you take picture then you will have descend down to base camp for have breakfast. At the appropriate time, you will transfered to PANGANDARAN. En route stop and Visit Kampung Naga (West java traditional village with unique culture) then directly go to Pangandaran beach on the south coast of Java. We travel through fantastic scenery area, arrive in PANGANDARAN at noon, then check in to the hotel.

Day 17. GREEN CANYON TOUR
After breakfast, visiting: Green Canyon (go up along the edge of green river by boat to see natural cave), one of the most famous tourist attraction in Pangandaran, then visit a little Village Batu Karas (aproximately an hour away from Pangandaran). Batu Karas offers a nice Beach for swimming and surfing. Afterwards, back to the hotel, free program. You can stay in the hotel or rest and relax on the Beach.

Day 18. FREE PROGRAM
Breakfast, FREE PROGRAM. You can stay in the hotel or rest and relax on the beach or do an optional tour. Optional Tour Pangandaran National Park. Pangandaran National Park, home of hundreds Wild buffalo, Barking deer and other few species of animals. Country-side excursion to see the local people doing their daily fishing activities in the Eastern Pangandaran beach.

Day 19. PANGANDARAN – TRANSFER TO JAKARTA
After breakfast, leave Pangandaran to Jakarta for 8hrs drive.
Upon arrival at Jakarta, spend one night at comfortable hotel in Jakarta.

Day 20. JAKARTA – TRANSFER OUT

Day 6 : Full Day Dieng Plateau Tour
After breakfast at hotel then proceed to Dieng Plateau for visiting Pandawa Temple , Color Lake and Sikidang Crater. Lunch will be provided at local restaurant.

Day 7 : Prambanan Temple , Sukuh Temple & Tawangmangu Tour
After having a breakfast at hotel then visit Sukuh “Erotic” temple which is located in the slope of Mount Lawu . From here we continue to Tawangmangu waterfall.
Afternoon return back to Jogja and stop by for visiting Prambanan Hindus Temple .

Day 8 : Jogja City Tour + Borobudur Temple Tour

Day 9 : Jogja - Surabaya City Tour

Arrival in Surabaya , proceed with Surabaya City Tour visiting :

Day 10 : Surabaya – Pasir Putih – Ketapang
After breakfast, we check-out and depart to Ketapang, Banyuwangi on the eastern side of Java Island .
En route we will stop at Pasir Putih Beach for a short break while enjoying lunch.
Along the way we will passing the sugar cane plantation, tobacco plantation and traditional villages.
This road is part of the old road Anyer – Panarukan that built by the Governors General of Daendels during 18 Century.
Once we arrived at Ketapang proceed to hotel for check-in and overnight.

Day 11 : Ketapang – Ferry Crossing – Bali
After breakfast at hotel, we continue our trip to Bali by crossing the Java strait.
On board the ferry you can enjoy the scenery of Bali Island from Java side while also watching children swimming around asking for coins.
Once we arrived at Gilimanuk Ferry Port , continue transfer to Sanur for check-in and overnight. We will passing several region like Negara and Tabanan on Bali ’s side.

Day 12 : Kintamani Tour
Have a breakfast at hotel, the tour will be started by watching the Barong dance for approx 1 hours, then make a stop at Tohpati village for traditional hand weaving, and also Celuk village for silver smith. Make a stop at Goa Gajah temple, a meditation place from 11th century. Directly go to Kintamani to enjoying the amazing view of Mt. Batur and Batur Lake . Have a lunch at local restaurant Kintamani, the top hill restaurant. On the way back, the stop will be at Tirta Empul Temple Tampaksiring a holy spring temple, continuing to Mas village for traditional wood carving and Batuan village for traditional paintings.

Day 13 : Kecak and Fire Dance at Uluwatu Temple
Have a breakfast at hotel, then free time until afternoon where we will transfer you out to local restaurant for having lunch and continue to Uluwatu Temple on the southern side of the island to watch the performance of Kecak and Fire Dance.

Day 14 : Bedugul + Tanah Lot Temple Tour
Have a breakfast at hotel, guided to Taman Ayun Temple the royal family temple of the late Mengwi Kings, then continued to Bedugul botanical area to visiting Beratan Lake and Ulundanu temple (The floating temple). Have a lunch at Ulundanu restaurant Bedugul the lakeside restaurant. The tour will be continued to Alas Kedaton, a sacred temple that guarded by familiar monkeys and the giant bat “Bukal”. Day 16 : Bali – Lombok – Sasak Traditional Tour

D11. Mt Bromo Sunrise Tour & Penanjakan – Free time at Mt Bromo
Very early morning, start Mt. Bromo & Peak of Penanjakan Sunrise Tour.
The tour is conducted through a transfer to Cemara Lawang village, and descending the steep slope of Mt. Tengger,
crossing the seaofsand,
and climbing up 245 steps to reach the awesome rim crater where we wait for the sunrise
cracking up the day through its rays from the eastern range of Mt. Tengger. From here a marvelous views of Mt. Bromo
and its surrounding can be seen (subject to the weather). Then we will back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast you will
have free time in Mt Bromo.

D12. Mt Bromo – Surabaya City Tour
